What the hell are you talking about? Again you are trying to think you know what anxiety or depression is being shown. When all I did was bring up a simple fact nobody looks at. I mean this board hates teachers, unions, and physicians at times.

How Behavior Specialist are being placed on unpaid leave therefor not eligible for any unemployment benefits and most Mental health persons are still doing face to face just Therapist and nurses are able to do tele in limited roles.

If you are bitching I didn't include you in my post get over it. I was only bringing attention to those I felt weren't getting as much appreciation as others.

I got it now. Unfortunately some of us toil in less than understood, much less thankful, professions. Having spent 30 plus years in IDD/MH - I got it - but also learned along the way that it is what it is. Our profession, when done well, is like artwork. Unfortunately, some just don't appreciate.
