There's this additional step where the legislatures of 3/4ths of the states must ratify that exact amendment, without any changes, in order for it to officially become part of the Constitution.
And at that point...yeah, it kind of is constitutional.

Trump deserves to stay in office as long as he sees fit.

Trump has not gone after the treasonous yet. At a minimum he needs to expose everything he can before the mid terms. The Marxists all already stepping up their terrorist activities

It's the same concept. A lot of people spent a shitload of money in donations on that election and if it is proven in court from de-classifying all of the information... America got ripped off and stolen from in the form of an election and deserve another term

I love Orange Man and am very thankful for his service to this country. He’s been through a ton and even took a bullet for America but no way in hell should he go again.
It would tarnish his legacy and give all the lefties the moral authority (at least optically to independents) to scream “muh facism” and really kick things off. And, like others have said, it would pave the way for a radical Democrat in the future to possibly consolidate power and drive the final nail in the coffin.
If things pan out well through 2028, I could see a Vance/Gabbard ticket being unstoppable.
