Every state purges inactive voters. So, did California, with all the new systems they talk about uncover 3 MILLION ILLEGAL VOTES? Nothing to indicate that in the linked article. It's good that they decided to join the rest of the country in clearing inactive voters from the rolls.

There's no way you can be a Republican and not understand why the Democrats are so opposed to voter ID laws and want open borders so bad.

It's pretty hard to confirm identity fraud in something that allows total anonymity in the process of committing the act.
There are 15 states that don't require ANY form of ID to vote. You can literally give poll handlers a valid name and address in that district and vote there, then drive on down to another district and vote again as long as you give them another valid name and address in that next district, and so on.
There are 17 additional states that don't require a photo ID, just something with you name on it, such as a phone bill, birth certificate, or social security card, and then that name has to have a valid address in that district.
Hundreds of districts around the country had well over 100% of registered voters vote. Some upwards of 130%.
There are people on video admitting they were paid to hop on a bus, handed a list of names and addresses, then went from polling station to polling station to polling station voting with a different name at each one.
How exactly do you investigate and catch these situations after they happen? What's the possible mechanism for determining legitimacy? What report do investigators run to find where this type of stuff has happened?
It doesn't exist. There's no way to quantify it after the fact.

Pew said there are roughly 18 million innacurate or fraudulent voter records currently on the books. So, there's that.
