He really needs to explain things better. His whole point is the governors of these states have a responsibility to their people.

The reporters that actually ask good questions, that are actually trying to get info out to the public, Trump will engage them thoroughly. He always answers their questions and lets them follow up numerous times.

Edit: I think low risk areas may begin to go back to normal soon after easter. Higher risk areas maybe by May can begin to return to normal. What do I base this on? Trumps optimistic tone about getting is back to work.

And I will tell them that they have a duty to sit back, watch, pay attention, behave, wash their hands, stay in with mom and Dad, your kids seem lucky to have you as a father, and learn from this. The young people have been tremendous. Some are happy not to go to school, right? Some perhaps not. They’ve been great in all of this. Be proud of their country and all the work people are doing in this. The children are doing very well.”
