Probably get the downvotes rained on me for this but the joke is going to be on the Democrats. Hispanics are willing to work hard, predominantly Catholic, believe in God, and are not down with abortion. These folks also don't give a crap about black people and the history of slavery because they had nothing to do with it. African Americans are going to lose their status as preferred minority.
Basically, there's a whole bunch of next generation Republican voters crossing the border. They'll convert because they will not be okay with working their way out of poverty, building a business and a life only to have Democrats tax and steal from them.
ETA: I'm opposed to illegal immigration. Build the wall and get this mess under control.
