Yet.

32% agriculture for 60% of the population

Do you think there's enough refining capacity in those other States to turn the oil into something useable? And yes, oil trading is a global commodity, however, what do you think the cost of refined fuels will be when it's known that those states are at the mercy of the traders?

Texas has zero desire to “take any states with us.”

Isn't this your quote from a while back

Yall can do this on your own and don't need any of us southern welfare states to help

This is what needs to happen. Cut all the states off who aren't supporting this. They need us alot more than we need them.
You don't win their hearts and minds through coercion, but, frick 'em. Those costal libs have use all manner of coercion against the Constitution, against our morals and against our sensibilities. Don't like an outcome? Riot. Don't like it when a drug addict dies? BLM down our throats for years. Don't like it when someone won't bake a cake? Sue into oblivion and bankrupt you from fighting the government charges of civil rights violations.

So, yeah. frick 'em.

I thought I had a healthy blanket of cynicism about my country, but even I didn’t think we’d find ourselves on cusp of a major crisis like this.

We’ve seen too many crazy things in the last 25 years. I want a decade or so of normal.
