Mayor of the City of Monroe - 100% Precincts Reporting (41.0% turnout)
Friday Ellis (I) - 6,835 (52%)
Jamie Mayo (D - incumbent) - 4,987 (38%)
L. Marie Brown (D) - 759 (6%)
Fredrick Louis (D) - 484 (4%)
Ronnie Scott (I) - 52 (<1%)

3.73 Mill Renewal for East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff - 100% Precincts Reporting (23.2% turnout)
Yes - 35,360 (53%)
No - 31,940 (47%)

Democratic Presidential Primary - 266,941 total votes cast (21.2% turnout)
Joe Biden - 212,267 (80%)
Bernie Sanders - 19,834 (7%)
All Other Candidates Finished Below 5% of the Vote

Republican Presidential Primary - 204,175 total votes cast (21.7% turnout)
Donald Trump - 195,795 (96%)
All Other Candidates Finished Below 5% of the Vote

(yes I know there wasn't any incentive for most people to vote in the presidential primaries and Trump will win this state by double digits in percentage points in November... just something to talk about since we had the vote this weekend)

at latest update... 39,100 votes in the Dem primary

34,250 votes in GOP primary

ETA... that's at 44/64 parishes reporting their absentee votes and only 7/3,934 precincts reporting

yes... just go to the link in the OP... click on the parish tab and pick Ouachita Parish

it's in there

ETA: so far... nothing reported to SOS yet from Ouachita Parish

the Bern is already at 2,700+ votes

and none of those votes are guaranteed to go to Biden in November
