Other evidence offered by the prosecution included Peters telling staff members to purchase disposable phones with cash, and to use the encrypted texting platform Signal, as well as a non-county email address.

Shapiro reminded jurors how Bishop, while attending a “cyber security” symposium in South Dakota in August 2021, around the time that Griswold launched her investigation into the elections security breach, called Peters’ then-Chief Deputy Belinda Knisley in Grand Junction asking her to go to the elections office and remove the election computer server. Knisley refused.

When Peters learned election system data and passwords had been posted to an online conspiracy site, she repeatedly told Knisley “I’m f***ed, I’m going to jail,” Shapiro said.

Former Mesa County elections manager arrested in election systems security breach case

quote:

Brown misrepresented who would be present during that 2021 software system update, according to the 15-page arrest affidavit. In an email Brown sent to the secretary of state’s office, she wrote that Gerald Wood, listed as an administrative assistant, would be present during the update.

In fact, the plan was never to have Wood present at the update, according to authorities and previous documents related to the grand jury indictment of Peters and Knisley. Wood told The Colorado Sun last month that he is not involved in the security breach.

Investigators allege that Peters stole Wood’s identity to allow an unauthorized person to attend the update. In Brown’s arrest affidavit, that person is identified by authorities as Conan Hayes, a former professional surfer and election conspiracist.

Former Peters aide sentenced to jail time

quote:

Before she was sentenced, Brown’s attorney, Shannon Roy, told Barrett that Brown had to do the things she did because Peters would have fired her.

“It was leadership by fear,” Roy said. “If you didn’t do what Ms. Peters said, you did not have a job the next day.”

quote:

In December, Brown told the court that she said she was acting under direct orders from Peters, adding that she knew something was amiss but didn’t speak up.

“My job was to protect the integrity of the elections, and there were steps that I could have taken,” she told Barrett at the time. “There were things going on that I should have questioned and didn’t.”

According to court filings and statements from prosecutors, Brown was central in Peters’ scheme to make copies of election computer hard drives, including the clerk’s use of someone else to help do it. Prosecutors believe that person to be election denier Conan Hayes of California, who allegedly used the name of a Fruita man, Gerald Wood, whose identity Peters is accused of stealing.

quote:

Similarly, Knisley pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor counts of trespass, official misconduct and violation of duty. She was initially charged with five felony counts and two misdemeanors, which together carried a maximum sentence of 21 years in prison and $2 million in fines.

This is the saddest part of the saga

quote:

One of three “reports” issued by Peters based on information obtained from her own election computers concluded, falsely, that some ballots were not counted in both the 2020 and 2021 elections by the Dominion System software the county uses. But an investigation by prosecution investigators showed that it was Brown who made errors in both elections when those ballots were being counted.

The only errors ever found from this stolen data was human error committed by one of the parties to the conspiracy, acting under orders of Peters

Mike Lindell’s phone search reveals new details about scope of federal probe into efforts to subvert 2020 election results

quote:

Lindell told CNN last summer that he had paid Hayes and other so-called cyber experts “a lot of money” to review what he described as data from the 2020 election.

Hayes, a surfer-turned-election denier, was part of the team of pro-Trump operatives who accessed voting systems in Antrim County, Michigan, in early December 2020. He worked with individuals like Cyber Ninja CEO Doug Logan to produce a since debunked-report about Antrim County’s Dominion voting machines that was used by the former President and his allies as evidence of widespread election fraud.

Programmer impersonated in Mesa County election data leak tells jury he feared he was set up by the government

quote:

Jerry Wood, a software engineer from Mesa County, Colorado was attending Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium in August 2021, when he started seeing his name on the news. Someone had filmed and leaked images from a voting machine update and Democratic Secretary of State Jena Griswold was telling media he did it.

quote:

Wood told a jury at the Mesa County Justice Center in Grand Junction on Friday that when investigators linked him to the leak, he thought the government was setting him up. He was active in his church and spent the spring of 2020 canvassing neighborhoods to verify voter rolls with the conservative group Stand for the Constitution.

Wood was also in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, at the Cyber Symposium, hoping to analyze Lindell’s data for proof of voter fraud. Wood and others ended up debunking the data provided within minutes.

quote:

Wood eventually cleared his name by providing emails and photos that proved he had been hosting a graduation party and working on the days when his Mesa County badge had been used to access secure voting machine rooms.

quote:

Case showed Wood a photo of Conan Hayes, the individual prosecutors say used Wood’s ID to observe the trusted build. Wood said he never met Hayes and thought he was looking at a picture of the “Breaking Bad” actor Aaron Paul.

Mike Lindell says Tina Peters ‘misconstrued’ his ties to impersonation figure

quote:

“He was bragging to Joe Oltmann about how he was so proud to be doing this for his country,” Peters said about Wood. “And Mike Lindell was paying for his attorney.”

Reached by phone Wednesday, Lindell denied knowing anything about Wood.

“I don’t know who he is, so I did not pay for that. I never paid for anybody’s lawyers there,” he said.

Lindell at first rejected the notion that Peters said he paid for Wood’s attorney. When a reporter said she indeed had, Lindell said, “If she said that, she’s misconstrued.”

Conan Hayes was the go-between between Lindell's operation and Peters. He's the one who manipulated her to do this stupidity, and then they released the data they had her conspire to steal without her understanding that was their plan.

That's why this was her immediate reaction to finding out the Lindell associates posted the information online

quote:

“I’m f'ed, I’m going to jail. It’s on the internet; it’s not supposed to be."

The only reason there was a record number of votes in 2020 for BOTH candidates was the mass mail in voting. The idea that Biden’s 81 million were illegitimate yet all of Trumps 74 million were just fine is ridiculous logic. Neither candidate gets near those totals without the mass mail in voting where even the lowest iq and laziest American could essentially vote from their couch. Thats what you retards don’t understand. Both candidates numbers were inflated.

When you get your "facts" from liberal hacks, you tend to believe the mantra . The first 2 "sources" you listed are bleeding heart liberals with an axe to grind. These are not "direct creditable evidence based" sources that you seem to love. Try again.

You realize almost all of that is not opinions and is based on court and arrest records right?

List the direct credible evidence then. Your sources are very suspect so I disregarded their writings .

That wont fly. they could do the same in 2024, and yet, the Dem candidate couldnt come close to the same vote totals. Some six million missing votes give or take. Trump's vote totals increased by some 3 million votes from 2020. Yet Kamala came up 6 Million short.

Amazing thing. Trump plays to massive crowds everywhere he went. Biden couldnt fill a high school gym. Ive seen pictures of him getting off a plane waving to an empty field. Very often his campaign" calls a lid" on his activity by 8 or 9 am for the day, Trump? Hes everywhere. Drawing big crowds

Yet, a man that can't fill a high school gym , one that hardly campaigns, gets the highest vote total ever by a Presidential candidate? It doesnt take a MENSA member to suspect something is wrong with that picture,

I already did.

The links I provided showed literal quoted testimony, public quotes, evidence from the trial, and arrest affidavit material

Your sources are very suspect

Are you claiming their reporting on the trial testimony was wrong?

You could save everyone all your make believe, head in the sand bullshite, and just say, “NUH UH!!!!”

That’s essentially always your response. Just complete disregard for unprecedented mass election fraud, muh “clerical errors,” and blatant election interference and numbers that simply are statistically impossible without malfeasance. But OMB “lost,” so you don’t care. If it was your preferred candidate all this happened to, you’d be raising hell about it. But because Orange Hitler and his MAGA supporters that you hate lost, you refuse to admit that we had a Presidential election that was rigged and stolen…

Just STFU, you pathetic TDS retard.

Yes. I know you can't see the slant because your ideals and morals align with them. It seems natural and normal when you read something from someone who has the same beliefs as you. I will give you a hint. They took some facts, inserted their own and created a narrative. A narrative that you can't see past.

hat's probably a page from one of Lindell's expert reports from the case that was just dismissed. The dishonest content creators are calling it "COURT APPROVED" so people who don't know any better believe it is some undisputed set of facts
The 2020 election fraud has been public knowledge for quite some time now. These are not secrets being squirreled away in a dark basement. Informed people have known these things. Mentally ill people continue to act like the election was just fine.

It has been more than settled. Since 2020, numerous states have passed laws to help prevent some of the 2020 fiasco

It's fascinating that you think you're on the right side of that characterization. I asked you several questions in the Tulsi thread that you didn't answer. Why is that? If you're so impartial and smart, why would you run away from simple questions? Why did you insert words into the 14th amendment?

They're citing quotes.

What kind of slant will impact quotes?

Was Obama running against one of the most divisive and polarizing candidates of recent times?
This mind reading since 2020 has been amusing. People claim they know that voters selected Biden because they rejected Trump. That "divisive and polarizing" candidate has gotten more votes than anyone in history and dipped into some astounding voting blocs like blacks and latinos.

quote:

It pitiful that MAGA sycophants can’t understand this
It's pitiful that you believe Biden genuinely got 81 million votes, a "boring milquetoast candidate who didn’t seem very interested in winning." And I will ask again, who told you Biden got 81 million votes and why did you believe that lie?

You have hanging around your yarn and push pin board since 2016 trying to establish the nexus with Trump. This is just another pin on your board that you have been saying for about a year. Also in your link analysis chart are the judge Cannon cases that must have stung. She was correct in the jack smith case for what it's worth.
