We are so far in debt, why stop now? It will never get paid back. Only thing that can happen to fix it is a total collapse.

We are in debt up to our eyeballs and yet just ship over billions every week like it's a paycheck! I mean this is truly becoming unbelievable ... the AMOUNT of money being just hurried out with no oversight is staggering
Meanwhile US citizens are feeling the pain and could use some help within

any got a total on how much we've washed away in Urkraine?
It gets confusing because some of the reports of aid to Ukraine list "pledge amounts" while others mention actual cash going over there, and then sometimes they'll say it's a "drawdown" from the previously pledged amount. Seems kind of like they are purposely trying to keep the public confused on how much we've actually sent so far...
ABC Link says $7.3 billion since February.

Overall, the U.S. has sent about $7.3 billion in aid to Ukraine since the war began in late February.
For comparison sake, we spent $23 billion in 2001 and 2002 (each) in Afghanistan, a country we were actually involved in a boots on the ground war against.
