It is called lawfare. favorite tactic popularized by the Bolsheviks. later on perfected by the Stasi of the Soviet East Germany.

So when the hell are the red states gonna get off the bench?

These are the new rules, it’s time they were applied equally.

Pelosi declared an emergency and they streamlined the vote certicaiton later that evening and push thru the electoral votes.

Well that part didn't happen. Pelosi didnt even have that power. The joint session re-convened at 11:30 pm., and took over 4 hours to complete the count.

House members objected to the votes from Georgia, Michigan, and Nevada, but no Senators joined them. House members objected to Pennsylvania and several Senators joined them. The two houses had to split up and debate again, but the objections were rejected.

cited the actual caselaw from one of the federal circuit courts cited in the comments to FRE 702. Patent and trademark cases are a bit unique but ultimately expert testimony as to interpretation of a constitutional amendment or statute is inadmissible. This is hornbook law.

Hornbook law is not that it's inadmissible. It is just frowned upon, and depends on the jurisdiction. Since there is no jury here, there is no harm in allowing it.
