Not everything is racist. Simply stating that like minds merge easier is not racist.

This shitbag is from a country with a caste system, chastising his gracious host for being racist.

Deport immediately.

Serious question... Why is a person from Iceland more worthy of getting a faster Green card than me an Indian? I've been waiting in the line for 10 years. Why do they get to cut the line? Why do you think that is okay?

They shouldn't get to cut.

Everything should 100% merit based, and not only that, the ones who do get brought over should get paid significantly more.

Yes, the merit of being a Westerner. Like the people that took America to the moon, not the people who run telephone scams on an industrial scale.

To be fair, he hasn't extolled the virtues of India. Likely, he (as well as other skilled immigrants), valued the move to the US as they believe (rightly so, in many respects) that their race/nationality/ethnicity will not be held against them. Any feeling of nativism among the natives will be seen as hostile and unwelcoming, and knowing the language and norms of our country, will try to use moral language in order to shame/pacify someone who isn't so keen on having the "other" here.

I understand people want to come here. But it's a real problem.

- "We must forgive debt on student loans".. AKA.. you pay for a college education you did not get.

- "We must allow workers to come here and BTW... they are in your field" = finding a job is harder... thus can't repay the loans.

So to answer his question:

- 1.5 TRILLION in student debt is being talked about right now. That's taxes ALL American's have to pay.

- Then those that graduate can't get jobs. That's welfare we got to pay.

IN SHORT.. Importing workers =equals a shite ton of money lost to this nation that we can not afford!

Lol, dude, you are barking up the wrong tree. I am "racist", and I don't give a shite what you think about it. Go back to India if all you are going to do is complain about my personal preference for Westernkind. Entitled prick.

Ahhh, the tried and tested "go back to your country" reply when you get called out.

Those are probably valid points. More concerning to me is replacing the founding stock of the country with people who take a dump in the street. You don't come back from that.

I'm hoping he is talking about the vastly lower pay for H1B's being the reason tech brings so many in.

That's not what he stated. He stated IF all you are going to do is complain about his personal preference for westernkind, then you can go back.

In other words, stop wearing your feeling on your shirt.

quote:

U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who is seeking the Republican presidential nomination, has morphed from a vocal supporter of the H-1B program to a leading critic of it. He has done so in a new H-1B reform bill designed to raise the cost of hiring temporary visa workers.

quote:

This bill, released late Thursday, sets a minimum wage of $110,000 for H-1B workers, who currently can be paid well less than half that amount in some U.S. regions under prevailing wage rules. This base salary will adjust annually for inflation.

In other words, if you're going to bring in a guest worker, you have to pay them a certain amount. It ensures that the company truly needs the worker.
