The whole “mass shooting” definition is crafted to exclude most of the mass shootings perpetrated by blacks. Hell, one of your articles cited like 121 mass shootings over a number of years. There’s more mass shootings yearly by blacks than that. The problem is that they define them as “gang violence” instead of mass shootings.
