Well, then, why don't you just go back to that culinary Mecca we all know as Alabama?

The guy from the place where they put liquid mayo on BBQ isn't too crazy about Louisiana's cuisine.

it's pretty sad when there isn't a single person who knows how to bbq in LA outside of the weekly incestual family get together at meemaw's house

there's more to life than just putting everything you eat on french bread

Look man, I understand where you're coming from. I know how embarrassing it must be for you to be from such an inferior culinary state. Your napoleonic complex makes sense. And because you can't imitate Louisiana's world famous cuisine, you're stuck trying to imitate one of the BBQ states; all the while living in their shadows in about 12th place. We have enough variety here so that if we ever decide to cook in a way similar to the only way y'all know how to cook, throw meat in a cooker for 10 hours, we don't have to argue whether we're going to slather it in a mayo-based sauce or a ketchup-based sauce like y'all do in Bama. We like slow cooking too, occasionally. We just do it better. LINK
