For only #3,500/month you could have a "room on the river" in St. Amant.
I sure hope the IRS catches up with the renter.
I just can't imagine paying that much to live with someone you're not married or related to.

Anyone who could afford 3500/month for rent should slum it for a year at 200-300 a month, save the rest, and then buy a nice house.

Thats really not that bad to live in a 4000 sq ft house, with only one person, laundry service and meals made for you if they are cool. I don't know what that area is like but I would do that in a second in San Diego, L.A. or Paradise Valley in AZ,

My house is bigger than this house. I would never charge that much. Does he just want someone to pay 85% of the mortgage? Good luck finding an idiot willing to do this.

Has to be someone upside down on their mortgage looking for a way to stay. I'm going with recently divorced woman, the whole ad reads as if the landlord wants to play housewife for someone to pay the bills.
