I think they may have won it if the whole message would have been a dvr only.

Aero should relaunch with all live feeds on a 30 to 60 sec delay...
???

Their entire business model is based on getting around existing copyright laws. I'm surprised it wasn't 8-1

Yeah. From what I read, I would love Aereo, but it sounds sketch as hell.

Agreed. The decision doesn't surprise nor disappoint me. If restaurants can't play local radio stations without paying ASCAP or BMI, there's no way Aereo was going to be able to charge people to watch shows but not pay the broadcasters for it.

I don't know much about aereo was offering, but I thought it was just a way to watch live tv from your computer.

If that is the case then why don't the major networks do the same thing?

For some sort of "rental" fee. Aereo (from what I can find out) wasn't paying the broadcasters.
