Silver just saved the Clippers season...

I don't think drawing this out any further would have allowed LAC to mentally compete the way the playoffs require. They got swift closure that allows them to think positively, play for their fans and themselves, and put this crap behind them.
I abhor the way they play basketball, and they are a bunch of flopping biatches. This wasn't fair to them or the Clippers fans though. Back to the STELLAR Western Conference Playoffs.
Also, how the living frick is OKC/Mem not on cable TV while Wiz/Bulls is the 7CST game on TNT tonight? That sucks.

This bothers me, you're paid to do a job. Even if you don't like your boss or some of the stuff your company might be involved in, you're still paid to do a job. I might not like every thing the marine corps tells me to do, but I do it the best I can.

I think they were giving effort, but people in general massively underrate how important mental toughness is in sports. Momentum is real. Distractions are real. Confidence is real. The Clippers played like a team that had too much on their plate in game 4. Not their fault. Credit the Warriors for putting the foot on their throat early.

A Houston fan calling a very fundamentally sound basketball team boring?
Color me shocked. Memphis has some of the prettiest, if not the prettiest, ball movement in the playoffs.
