Need help with a trade offer

I have Graham and Gronk at TE. Obviously Graham is on a bye and who knows when Gronk will actually debut.
I'm negotiating with another owner who has Witten and Cameron.
Standard Scoring, 10 team league
My current roster:
Brees
RG3
McCoy
Sproles
Bell
Ridley
V Jackson
James Jones
H Nicks
J Gordon
S Johnson
K Allen
Graham
Gronk
The only players that I'm not willing to trade are Brees, McCoy, and Graham. Everyone else is in play.
His roster:
Eli
Tannehill
L Blount
E Lacy
L Miller
D Thomas
D Moore
V Brown
G Jennings
R Cobb
D Bowe
M Wallace
J Cameron
J Witten
Obviously, his roster is horrible, especially now that Cobb has gone down. He needs help at QB, WR, and RB so I was going to put together a package deal. What would you offer?

I think you are better off dropping a receiver for a week to get a TE just for this week. Maybe Keenan Allen since some people may not know about him yet. You may be able to scoop him right back up. If gronk returns soon you will be in great shape. No need to help that team out when all you need is a quick fix.
