Has he ever made a catch that didn't involve his chest or elbows?

Also, does he have one leg longer than the other or something? How can someone limp run that fast?

Discuss.

I'm not saying pass catching ability. I'm saying hands. Meachem tried to make one catch with his hands and completely embarrassed himself.

That was one pass. He's been money all year

He made some ballin catches. I remember a few clutch 3rd down catches. Yeah he had that drop but I mean everybody has a brain fart here and there.

That was a pretty hideous drop. He did more than make up for it, though.

Personally, I think he was shocked at how open he was. He catches that pass, and he can crawl on his hands and knees into the end zone.

I know that the ESPN.com NFC South blog showed that statistically Meachem had the best "hands" or in your case "pass catching ability" in 2009 I think. I know what you are talking about though, all those deep passes he seems to catch with his forearms and trap it with his chest.

come on now, just last week he had some incredible catches. As someone else has already said the guy has made some great catches this season, plus he batted away two interceptions from the defender.

I'm not saying he's not good at all. You missed the point. He has worse hands than Devery Henderson. He makes huge plays but he always traps it to his body. It's just funny seeing someone be so successful as a wide receiver while catching the ball like an 8 year old.

He gets open a lot. You can have the best hands in the world but if you don't get open it won't matter.

youre comparing him to other WRs on our team, not the rest of the league. We're spoiled at the WR position.

I'm comparing him to every wide receiver I watch in the league. I don't see any other guy so afraid to use his hands.

I agree that this is generally true, he predominantly does catch the ball against his chest and hardly ever sticks out his arms to catch with his hands. But if you can try and watch the 2nd Carolina game, he showed some great hands catches.

He made a really nice hands catch opening night in GB

But I agree...he is the anti Colston as far as catching with hands.

Colston has the worst hands on the team... However he has improved this year. 2008-2010 Colston was in the Bottom 10 in the league in drops. No surprise Lance Moore is in the Top 10. DeSean Jackson according to that stat has the worst hands in the league...

On the other hand, I think this guy has the best hands on the team, although Graham is better at the circus catches

You mean his catching ability when he catches the ball away from his body?
