Woodworkers... where you you buy lumber?

I’m in the br area. Just curious where most people go. I’m assuming HD Or Lowe’s is fine for basic stuff but what about different types?

I'm in Lake Charles but deanos hard woods in Broussard/Lafayette is worth the drive. I don't know about BR

There is a place in Ramah that had quality and exotic type lumber. Can't think of the name right now

I have a cabinet shop in New iberia. I buy from Brazos in Denham Springs and Deanos in Broussard

There is a place by Cortana, it might be service lumber. I have bought there before but it has been a number of years. Last time I was there the selection was good, but the wood was rough cut, you need a planner and table saw to make it usable
