Hogs usually will not work (bend up a fence or dig under a fence) to get into an area unless there is serious attractant like a water source or food there. They will work to get out of an area though.
Repair the fence
get rid of any food sources in your yard like fruit trees, bird feeders, food based fertilizer (corn gluten), etc.
if they are still getting in your yard through a fence then these are some seriously trappable hogs.
Set a large corral trap, check daily with a .22LR, bring a cooler with ice and several good knives, organize a neighborhood cookout with smoked hog quarters, grilled back-strap, fresh hog sausage, and adult beverages.
become the neighborhood hero.

I think they will be fine with it if you explain the problem to them. It is going to really suck when they reproduce and everyone is having problems with their yard and your property value decreases.
