If you have room, those aluminum carports are much cheaper than storage. Most storage place are $75+/month, and you can get a basic aluminum shed/carport for < $1000. With that and a boat cover you're boat will be in good shape.

so no one has a boat in storage around BR.......a lot of outdoors people we have on here.
