Going to Massey's in a bit but if they don't have them where can I find them? I could order but would rather get them today. Closer to uptown the better. TIA

Academy should have a pack of pad eyes under the "Yak-Gear" brand.

I saw that. I might try it, but I don't need the rivets and stuff, just the pad eyes. They had them at basspro i just didn't think I'd need them. Hindsight

Are you trying to set up for strapping something down?
Btw did you get your boat in?

Did your FS12T come in? I ordered mine on Friday and it shows In Transit right now. Hope it's in by the weekend.

Yep got it tuesday night. Moved the rod holder this morning.
The pad eyes are for the anchor trolley. My handle to handle design I was gonna go with ain't happening on this wide yak.
Gonna try to get the crate done this afternoon too among other things.
I'll post pics when it's all done

Im getting my FS12T in tomorrow. Where did you move your rod holder to?
Oh and btw, my buddy who also just got a new FS12T said that there have been issues with water seeping into the hull near the scupper holes, so make sure you silicon the seams.

I moved it in the same little flat indented spot that it comes on, but as far as I could toward the bow.
I ready one case of that happening. Was not aware it was the seams by the scupper holes. Thanks for the heads up. Already added a bead of silicon around the floor hatch
Ended up going to academy and getting the padeyes, massey's only had the rivets, and I needed to hit a wal mart for some other stuff anyway. Anchor trolley and cleats are installed, after I eat I'm gonna fiddle with my marsh pole holders and flag/light until my buddy comes by with the saw for me to finish the crate and marsh pole.
Today is a good day

I'm installing one on mine tonight. I've put it off for far too long.

Probably one afternoon next week, not sure yet on the where. Probably Delacroix or Hopedale

Lack of electric saw, totally butchered my rod holders. Gonna borrow someone's sander and fix em tomorrow so the crate will have to wait to finish tomorrow I got some of it done today though, light and flag, anchor trolley and cleats, marsh pole just about done. Gonna flip it over and silicone the seams around the scuppers and call it a day.
The clips I bought to snap the marsh pole into are supposed to be 1" clips (even says 1" on them), the broomstick I made my marsh pole from isn't even 3/4", it didn't fit tightly in a 3/4" PVC Tee. Doesn't fit. Worked on the clips for a half hour with a file and a dremel to try to open them up, still doesn't fit. Guess I'm gonna have to get bigger ones or a different style. Bastards.

Damn. Those are the ones you got from ACK? I'd call them and tell them WTF.

It's not ACK's fault. They're what I ordered, they have the correct size molding into the plastic. The product is just faulty. Massey's I saw today had a size bigger than 1" in the same clips, may just buy those.
I was gonna just return them but I lost the receipt and packaging in the pile of trash, so I just started sanding them. Didn't work. Oops.
