Tuna steaks seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, garlic, ginger and evoi rolled in sesame seeds and grilled outside with wood/ charcoal mixture topped afterwards with a soy/ wasabi mixture. Served with fresh snap beans( with bacon and garlic, soy sauce)

Speaking of some awesome tuna... They have some killer ahi as an appetizer there. Love that place.

i used to do this too til i discovered how much better the sweet potato was in the gumbo:
1- it doesn't melt in the gumbo juice like tater salad
2- it's sweetnesss provides the PERFECT compliment to the roux.

Pork tenderloin on the pit, mashed taters, and VO. Wife is cooking some other stuff inside, but I don't feel like going check at the moment.
