Tuna steaks seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, garlic, ginger and evoi rolled in sesame seeds and grilled outside with wood/ charcoal mixture topped afterwards with a soy/ wasabi mixture. Served with fresh snap beans( with bacon and garlic, soy sauce)
Drinking the last few lone star bocks, then the bud light.

Speaking of some awesome tuna... They have some killer ahi as an appetizer there. Love that place.

i used to do this too til i discovered how much better the sweet potato was in the gumbo:

1- it doesn't melt in the gumbo juice like tater salad

2- it's sweetnesss provides the PERFECT compliment to the roux.
