What's going on with Palmetto?

Ordered a kit with them a few weeks ago and it came with a wrong part. Called them up and easy enough they apologized and said keep the part and we'll send you the correct one. Sounds great.
Well I email a follow up a week later since I hadn't heard anything from them on the new part shipping. No response. Call them on their listed customer service number and they say they're only accepting contact through their website system.
WTF? Are they just so outrageously busy that nobody can man the phones or is something else going on with them? I've ordered from them a bunch and never had a lick of trouble and up until them basically going radio silent I was pretty pleased with how they said they were going to handle my order error.

They’ve been out of EVERYTHING lately. 2 days ago they didn’t even have stripped lowers. I’m guessing they’re just insanely busy and or someone in the office or warehouse got Covid?

They have done website only for almost two years. They are that busy.

Unreal that a year ago, they were charging like $90 for their premium BCGs. Today they're $159. Insane.

Primary arms requires appointments to purchase there right now. Most shops have turned the phones off.
