I like the 100 qt it is big enough to do 1-1/2 to 2 sacks of crawfish or a box of crabs. If only doing one sack or a bushel just put less water.

No on the burner, you will want one that will get your water rolling quick eventually when you start cooking late the first time. Also on the pot, 60 is okay for one sack but its cutting it very close. I would go 80 honestly and wish I had because there is something about cooking crawfish that always draws others to your place. Inevitably you will end up cooking for more people.

Luckily, I have a drainage ditch at the back of my property that runs steeply down the mountain. Dat juice does bring some critters though. Coons and Ellas generally have it cleaned up by the next morning.
