I need to replace the spring that keeps my front hatch up with a gas strut. Not sure what length or lb rating to purchase though. My hatch hinges work fine but look a little rough need to get around to replacing those as well. The contour switches on my console are so faded I cant tell which is for what so need to snap on a new set. Minor shite here and there

Everything

Need two new lower units and new 200gal fuel tank to start.
I have given up on rebuilding those two lower units and patching the tank… it’s time to go new…. And I don’t have the money at the moment. Hopefully get it all done by May.

High temp alarm once it warms up. All ports are peeing water. Headed back to the shop.

94 ProCraft checking in. Where do I start.

1. Both windshields need to be replaced, still have the passenger shield, but its cracked. No driver shield. Called the original manufacturer of original shields and got a quote of 125.00 per. Not bad but its 75.00 to ship from Monticello, AR.
2. Carpet is pretty much gone, and it needs a wax job badly, bottom and top.
3. Trolling motor works, but just one speed after burning it up chasing bass schools on Sam Rayburn. Took it to several boat places and they said it couldn't be fixed. Took the head apart and found the power and middle speed setting and fixed it myself. No reverse deaux.
4. Live well leaks somewhere. If I use it, water in the boat, thankfully the bilge pump works fine.
5. Floor needs to be replaced. It's a fish and ski boat and where the skis were stored, rotted out due to an unconnected hose from the built in ice chest drain. Ripped the old floor out and replaced it with 2x6 treated pine.
7. Aint pretty but it still brings home the meat.

Right now, nothing on the boat needs to be fixed; I AM going to convert one rod holder to a cup holder, though.

My issues are in trailering. One of the wood bunks on the trailer is old/rotting and broke off in the very back. Going to go ahead and have both of them replaced, but having trouble getting two 7 ft. long 4 x 8s cut to size with an angle on top. Need to go see a few more lumber places.

Also, the last time we took it out, the trailers lights went out off right when I switched to reverse to back the boat up in the driveway. ALL of them went out at once; pretty sure it's either a break in a white ground wire or a blown fuse up near the car battery (it's an after-market trailer hitch; my SUV didn't come pre-wired or even with a hitch receiver).

My thru-hull transducer isn't working. I have a replacement, but gotta install it.

Horn isn't working. Changed switch and horn, but still no luck. Do boat horns have a transformer?

Both batteries need replacing
