What meals do you cook with your smoked deer sausage

As in using it in the dish, rather than a side/app? If so, Gumbo, jambalaya, red beans, a dish with just peppers/onions/sausage and some seasoning (kinda like fajitas w/o the tortillas). Doing a 15 bean soup with deer sausage and duck tomorrow.
I love it in a shrimp boil. Found out by accident that the jalapeño/cheddar is damn good in shrimp boil. Thought it was regular and was pleasantly surprised.

usually a combination of roasted brussels and garlic rosemary potatoes since it's an easy fix

Smother it down with round steak. Gravy it makes is killer over rice.
