Diawa Fuego 2500 HD on a 6’8” Cadence CR7 Medium X-fast is probably the most versatile setup I have for speck, red and finesse bassin.
Lew’s Custom on a 7’6” glass cranking rod would be my #2 for specks and reds

At this point I think I might have too many to list but my core is:

Popping cork: Stradic Ci4+ 3000 on a Cajun Custom Delta 7'3" Med Fast

Jigging Trout: Daiwa Coastal SV TWS on a St Croix Avid X 6'6" Med Fast

Jigging or Sight Casting Reds: 13 Concept TXZ on a Cajun Custom Delta 7'3" Med Fast

Fly: Orvis Helios 3D 9wt Mirage IV reel

I threw PVC “trees” in concrete about 15yds from where my kids fish in about 8-10’ of water and we catch a ton of small bream and a few keepers. I’m currently making other “trees” with pex tubing that I’ll drop all the way around at the same depth then a few a little further out in the 10-15’ depth. I also threw some small trees closer in at 4’ depth and they have been great.

So you're the one who stole my rods! I had four setups just like that, now I only have three!
