Looking at GW, Mako, Edgewater, Everglades and found a 26 CC Sailfish in great condition with low hours.

I see alot of them in Perdido/Orange Beach, but have never spoken to an owner..

Anyone??

When I saw sailfish, I thought of this

Then I saw
quote:

Sailfish in great condition with low hours.

and figured you were talking about a different type of boat...

I don't own one, but I've look at them and a number of other boats just awhile back and I can only say positive things about them.

From everything I've seen, they are a notch above most production boats.

Here's a discussion from THT about the Sailfish make (that site approves of them which is saying a lot). These guys will say everything that needs to be said (better than I can).

Sailfish v. Cobia v. Robalo v. Sea Hunt Discussion

As many have posted on this board, sea trial all of them and get what fits your needs/budget.
While some brands are of a higher quality build, they might not suit one particular family as well as another lower cost build. It's all very subjective.

Just promise to make an OB fishing trip on your new Sailfish...and include yours truly.

A buddy of mine bought a 24 ft Sailfish last year. He loves it.

Just don't pay too much attention to the Sea Hunt owners acting like they own a Young or Yellowfin.
