What chair is this? Or, what is the folding mech on it?

For certain situations, This chair works perfect but I bought it about 15 years ago.
Dont know how to look it up.
It’s not a CLIQ. The washer/folder mech is what it will be named after I suppose.

looks like a Stansport "fold-up chair" which has likely been discontinued. they still offer a fold-up stool.
