Nope! Board finally got tired of him in late fall. Got a really good man taking care of shite now.

ETA: You hunt there?

I am. I used to check crops with Rob and them back in my summers in high school. He and I went hunting last weekend.

That's good news. I worked at the door store when I was in college in Monroe with whom I believe to be your BIL and went up there quite a few times years ago. It was the best managed, most beautiful place I have been to, no matter what time of year.

Machine shop foreman/ part owner
Usually hunt just weekends but if the weather is right and nothing is going on I sneak out as much as possible . Pretty much same goes for fishing unless there is a tournament then it's scheduled time off.

You are right about my bil. Still can't figure out who you are though.

Place is more gorgeous than ever. Been seeing alot of good deer this year, and population seems to be up. Alot more trophies killed this year than any time I can remember recently.

Military--hit and miss. You could get deployed for an entire hunting season but when you're home you can take leave and get out during the week when the public areas aren't as crowded.

My Mrs. is a bigger obstacle than my job!

Presently, pretty easy to get a quick small game hunt in (maybe 2-4 hours) and some big game hunts when the opportunity arises. Not much time overall though, between work and family. But I can't complain too much because for the majority of my past years I had all the time I wanted to hunt/fish and several options for doing same.

PT school. About sick of freaking school. Hunting land outside of Batesville made it easy to hunt pretty much any day while at OM. Now that I am in school in Jackson, hunting comes only on the weekends that I can. Luckily, I got out on dec. 10 and don't go back until jan 10

I work at a bank and don't fish or deer hunt. I spend at least 2 of my 3 vacation weeks and nearly every weekend turkey hunting from mid March to late April. I hunt a couple small private places here in La, public land in Mississippi, and public/private in Missouri. I'll be picking up another week of vacation next year and hope to try for a grand slam at some point.

Just graduated. I'm really going to miss being able to hunt for a month straight during winter break.
