31"
270 pounds.
Shot on my grandparent's land. My dumb uncle leased the spot in an auction for National Wild Turkey Federation banquet. Stays in the family from now on!

Having spent some time out there and seen the mule deer between Marfa and Van Horn I don't doubt this at all. I saw some insanely huge mule deer just driving down the road that had no more idea what I was than if I was an alien. HUGE muleys out there with nobody to hunt them. All over the damn place.
Didn't see the post about Muleshoe but if it's like the rest of Texas, it's big chunks of land with not nearly enough hunters so I still don't doubt it.

We glassed a little 3 point for an hour two years ago in Water Valley...a tad east for most muleys.
