How big are y'alls pockets? The 938 stuck out of the back pocket of my jeans. Wasn't much but it was enough to make me buy the 238.

Nah, I usually carry that sig or my bobtail Dan Wesson. I do rotate through them though just to get them out their house.

Levi 517's. I haven't taken measurements of the pockets

walked out with a P938 instead
You made a good choice. The 9mm is a better self defense round than is the 380 and the 938 is not much bigger than the 238.

Also, I know some of you guys may carry this, recommend some good holsters. Preferably IWB, but open to any and all suggestions.
I don't have a 938, but I'll suggest some holster makers I can personally recommend. Although I don't have anything against the hybrid holsters like Cross Breed, I prefer all leather. As light as the 938 is, you should be fine w/ a single clip IWB holster. All these models are tuckable. Single clip holster are a little to put on and off than are double clips. I don't tuck as often as I used to, but it's still advantageous to have that option.
LINK I bought one of these for my Kahr CW45 and really like it.
I don't have this model, but like the looks of it. LINK
I like my "Southern Sidekick," but having the clip inline w/ the body of the gun makes it a little thicker than holsers w/ offset clips (like the "Tuck Clip" and "Wolf Bite"). LINK
If you want a double clip, the "Lone Wolf-T" has been a good one for me. LINK

That guy didn't know how to shoot then. Amateur mistake.
It wasn't about that.
He used his fingertip to pull the trigger as you should, and the recoil impulse caused the trigger to dig into his finger at the same spot after every shot.
It's easily fixable by wearing gloves, just thought I'd point it out.
And for the OP...
P238 = pocket carry
P938 = IWB carry (slightly too big for ALL pockets)

I use a Sneak Pete Holster Sneaky Pete
carry it like a day timer most of the time
Home to truck to office & back again
938 is becoming my truck gun
