The weather is hot garbage, so looks like catching a buzz and some canal reds.

Nah Baw. All I found was work this weekend. Gonna be on the island soon though. Y’all been fishing the west?

Not since January. High winds, bad water or rain seem to have botched this spring. Hopefully the summer it'll get back right.

Been a terrible two weeks for the rivers of SELA. The water has been over the banks

I still have not been there since getting Livescope. I wouldn't even begin to know where to start looking for fish. The two closest impoundments to me are full of fish, and it's such an easy trip.

where?

ETA: a good start would be directly across from cypress bend landing.. there's about 20-30 brush piles there

Kincaid/Indian Creek.

I am guessing I could also catch at Cotile, but have no reason to try.

I don't think the forecast looks too bad. Not great to fish Lake P, but the marsh should be good.

Bream bite is pretty hot right now. Hit a nice lick Tuesday and Wed afternoon this week. I may go back in the AM. Wind was blowing like a busload of queers both days, just had to find a spot to duck out of the wind.

Surprising how many boats were fishing the long rocks during a weekday yesterday. Hopedale Marina parking lot had 4 trucks/trailers when I launched early morning and was almost full when I got back.

Specks showing up brings a whole new way to be working from home.

Yeah. I was shocked how many were out there. Good thing there is plenty of space. I avoid the weekends. Gonna be a shite show if weather cooperates one of these weekends. Hopefully no accidents or fights.
