Worms and such stay in the bag they come in.

Bream jigs go in a small double-sided plano box deal with stoppers and jig heads.
Saltwater stuff stays in their bags and the bags go into tackle boxes.

I like them binder bags, i put spinnerbaits in those...less bulky than the boxes, i'd like to rig a rod on the underside of the rod box lid to hang em on though.

Side note, before I got my kayak, I did 99% of my bass or bream fishing from the bank.
Having that on my back beats the hell out of getting to one spot, casting, and not setting down a tackle box, moving on and not having to pick it back up and move on. FWIW
