I've caught 95% of the bream in my life on a beetle spin or fly rod. Not many on crickets

I bet less than 1 % of bream fisherman can say the same.

Unless they are " fly fishermen"

I have caught 10-1 bream with crickets over everything else combined.

I personally would much rather saltwater fish as opposed to freshwater.

I'm still learning about saltwater fishing however so I have that challenge. Also, I just really like catching a fish that pulls just as hard as I am if not harder.

he is referring to the spinning reel as an open face spinning reel.......I always have call baitcast reels open faced reels
