Blue Book of Gun Values, by S. P. Fjestad.

I think it is the 32nd edition now, give grading information and model values.

If y'all could give me approximate values (i know it's hard without seeing them).
Conditions: (Excellent) (Very good) (Good) (Used) (Worn)

Pistols
1. Sig Pro 2340 - .40 S&W (Good)
2. Ruger P94 - .40 S&W (Good)
3. S&W Model 695 - 9mm (Used)
4. S&W Model 59 (Nickel) - 9mm (Good)
5. DGFM FMAP (Colt) - .45 (Nickel; so I'm 95% sure its been refinished)(Used)

Shotgun
1. Remington 870 Wingmaster - 20 gauge (2 3/4")(worn)
2. Remington 870 Wingmaster - 12 gauge (2 3/4")(used)
3. Remington 1100 - 12 gauge (2 3/4")(good)
4. Winchester Super X Model 1 - 12 gauge (2 3/4")(very good)
5. Brownging A500R - 12 gauge (2 3/4" - 3") (very good)

Centerire Rifles
1. Browning BAR - 30-06 (very good)
2. Marlin 336LTS - 30/30(used)
3. Remington 742 Woodsmaster - 30-06 (very good)
4. Remington 742 Woodsmaster - 308 (good)
5. Savage Model 11 - 7mm-08 (used)

Rimfire Rifles
1. Ruger 10/22 - .22 (good)
2. Ruger 10/22 Internation (Mannlicher Stock) - .22 (good)
3. Sig Sauer 522 - (very good)
4. Marlin 99ML - .22LR (worn)
5. Remington 550-1 Speedloader - .22LR or .22 Short(worn)

He told me I could pick one out and keep for selling them, so I'm leaning to the A500r or the .45. I think he's gonna keep the BAR. He has a few more "nicer" ones I didn't get my hands on yet. I know he has a Colt Python, but he says he'll have to die before he gets rid of that.

Once you decide on prices, let me know about the sig 2340 and the .22 rifles, especially the Sig

Saw the second post, I'll wait for the email. Thanks.

That's what I'm leaning too. The BAR is super-sweet but he told me not to sell that one yet (I think he wants to give it to one of his grandsons).

That .45 is pretty BA too though.

I would keep the shotgun over the BAR for sure.

Slick, put me on your list to send it too. There are "blue books" of guns that you can find at most book stores. I looked at one the other day at a local bookstore. Problem is that they aren't very accurate sometimes, especially on older guns.

Pretty much all I can think of is look em up on gunsamerica.com and see what they're going for.

Email me that spreadsheet. I need a rifle for next year.

Let me know when he dies.

That sounds bad, but a Python is worth sounding like an a-hole.

Seriously. If you don't know much about wheel guns, that's the holy grail.

Are you on the OB backchannel list? I sent it there. If not, gimme your email.

I mainly went off of Gunbroker, GunsAmerica, and a few other sites to get approximate prices. I'll still run them by pow pow-in-law first. Just trying to get the ball rolling for him.

No, I know. I'm just not real keen on prices, conditions, values and that type.

Believe me, he knows I want the Python. If it goes through me, it still won't be sold.
