So another 150.00 for a flashlight, knife and bag? Am I missing something?

As doublecutter mentioned above, this is not the same gun. What you linked to is a 1st generation Shield. What I ordered is a 2nd generation but it's also a Performance Center Model which adds barrel and slide ports, enhanced trigger/action work and Hi-Viz fiber optic sights.

But it's not just the performance center upgrades. The upgrades between Gen 1 & 2 are part of the price difference as well...

Basic Shield 9 1st Gen

The EZ is over a half inch longer and has a slightly taller grip. They had to make room for the internal hammer in the rear of the slide.

I love the trigger on the 2.0 but putting that last round in the magazine sucks.

Buy a mag loader. Solves that problem.

I picked up a G26 in full FDE a few days ago on GunBroker. Damn auction didn’t end til 3:18am. Had to wake up and win a bid war with one other dude. Ended up costing me $605, but I’ve wanted a baby Glock for a while and really wanted it in the FDE finish which is rare. Can’t wait to get it. Just sent my Walther PPS M2 off to have a recall fix performed and am having to carry my PPQ 45 in the meantime, which is a good size gun.

This board can be worse than reddit sometimes!

I have been eying that exact same model and also a fan of the cerekote camo. That is going to look bad arse. You going to do that with Hydro Dip yourself, or bring it to someone to get it done professionally. Id like to see the finished product.

Sidenote - in research about the Hellcat, I saw they had problems early on with cycling or being finicky with certain ammo. Have these issues been fixed/worked out? I really want to get one, these issues I heard are making me apprehensive.

I plan to bring it to someone so they can blast the slide before coating. I have shot 200 rounds of cheap aluminum cased rounds and no issues.

Honestly, I don’t know that unwound do that. Once the spring starts getting less “springy”, it’s not really doing it’s job. Mag loader, man.
