Did the paperwork for a one shot trust Friday (Simmons Silencer Co Kiosk), was notified on the 28th that everything was sent in, and today I am approved.

Way better than the one under Biden that took 4 months

That’s awesome but it doesn’t have much to do with Trump.

Trumps ATF should do away with stamps, but we know that will never happen. No damn way they give up that money.

Trump should eliminate the ATF. Then I’ll celebrate.

Trump gives zero fricks about the 2A. He's told us as much.

It’s definitely not his top priority but he’s not hostile at least.

We need suppressors to be sold over the counter.

Probably not. I’m not sure what’s changed, but I know I waited 13 months for a damn .22lr suppressor I bought in late 2021.

There have been ultra quick turnarounds since before Trump took office. Towards the last few months of Biden's term, there had been 1 week or less turnarounds. Nothing to do with Trump.

Well, I bought 2 in 2024 and they were approved in early March of this year for a 4 month wait time. 3 days was fairly impressive compared to my last purchase.

I mean how much money is it really in today's money when you're only paying $200 per stamp?

To damn much. It’ll be $1000 total if I pull the trigger on another one.

It’s a 66% tax on the suppressor I want to buy next.

ATF may be fast but the USCG is slow .

Sent all my credentials off for my captains license about 4 weeks ago. Got two quick updates but that was it. Still waiting. Was really hoping to hear something this week.

May call the number at the end of next week if I have not heard anything.
