I believe hunting over a corn feeder is illegal in Ms. We all think if we are from out of state the LE has it in for us. I don't think so, it's just that when you are from out of state you don't know many people and have little if any connections. If Diesel and his buddy are hunting over feeders then they may be illegal. Apparently that not the case since no ticket was issued for hunting over feeders. Green Jeans is not in the best position with MDWFP since he has been fired once in the past and got his job back through an appeal. I would bet that whoever fired him would welcome the opportunity to do so again, or at least have something negative in his file. Furthermore he ran for sheriff and that would tell em that the local sheriff is not one of his good friends and would welcome the opportunity to charge him with something. Just saying. Hello Green Jeans if you are watching.

you can use feeders but they have to be a certain distance from your stand and they can't be visible from your stand

Yep, have to be one hundred yards from your stand and out of sight. I put mine behind a tree so it's out of my line of sight...
Oh, and there are certain times when they are legal. It's not all the time. They are legal now since it's past december 1st, but there was a time that they weren't allowed before that during bowseason. Wierd how we do all that stuff...

Local newspapers are Copiah Courrier, Crystal Springs Meteor, Clarion Ledger, (Jackson). NBC affiliate, (WLBT), ABC WAPT, CBS WJTV. That should do it. But again, less is more right now IMO. THis should all be done after the complaint is filed and maybe later than that. We don't won't young Diesel tipping his hand too soon. Give someone enough rope and they hang themselves. Y'all study hard boys.
