Lafourche Lake (Beouf WMA) would have been last on this list. Did not see another boat this morning. Spent four hours looking for that big, beautiful bream bed. Not one keeper. Where's my Brookshire card....sigh.

There aren't many bass lakes better than Bruin from Oct-May. The shittier the weather the better. It's so good even I can catch them. Once the wake boats get rolling in the summer it goes to shite pretty quick though.
