you and MJ have the right idea imo.. and this is probably gonna be the course of action i take
probably gonna wait till Monday though, let him think that maybe he got away with it and away with it and also continue to think about how i'm gonna handle this..

I'd PM on FB and tell him this is his last chance to own up to it. Don't threaten him. Then if he doesn't respond, unleash said OT until he cracks

If you have his FB, why don't you just post a picture of the fence & tag him in the photo. Then just sit back & wait to see if he contacts you to own up to it...

I wouldn't wait. Just send him a private message on FB telling him that you know it was him who smashed your fence and ask if he wants to right his wrong.

I wouldn't wait either. Making contact with him today will frick up his whole weekend. Tell him he can't start until 2pm on Saturday (hottest part of the day) and has to be completed before Sunday.
