I need to bring 3 clients/colleagues on a TX deer hunt, so 4 including me.

I’m looking for something in the $3-4,500/person for a 140-150” deer. Would like nice accommodations.

This doable? Recommendations? Best months to go in TX?

Greystone castle is cool, you can also get in some sporting clays and fishing there if you wanted.

I wouldnt call it "hunting" as much as I would "shooting" a deer though. You essentially pay for the size of animal you want to kill. They have all of the exotics and everything.

One thing you want to keep in mind is the personality of your clients. If you bring them to a ranch that charges by the inch, and a $15,00 200 class deer walks out, how are they going to take the guide saying, "Your host is only paying for a 150 class". I had a buddy that had to eat the tab for a very expensive trophy deer to keep from offending a customer and possibly losing the account. To top it off, this jerk decides to use another company to do business with less than 6 months after the hunt.

If you hunt a ranch that charges a flat rate for the opportunity to shoot a trophy, then it's not an issue. You can also ask if they control that situation by segregating the deer by pasture.

They have trouble keeping Nilgai inside their fences...then again so does everyone else.

I had a vendor take me to AC Ranch in Eldorado TX.

They paid for the management hunt that included an up to 139 buck, a cull buck, and a doe. It was about $3000 back in 2015 and the accommodations were superb. The guides knew WTF they were doing and what deer were included in the price.

They have tens of thousands of acres both high and low fence. I hunted the 20k acre low fence area.

Call Greg Simons at Wildlife Systems. He has access to several hundred thousand acres in Texas. Whitetail, mule deer, auodad, exotics, Antelope, elk, lots of options. He has been guiding hunters for over 20 years with an excellent reputation.

He can customize the experience you want for your customers. I highly recommend.
