I went to the range after buying it and ran 500 rounds through to break it in. I was very impressed with the accuracy of this polymer pistol, I own other sigs but no polymer ones. I was able to shoot a 2 inch group of 5 rounds at 25 yards and that is as good as I can do with any pistol.

I couldn't find a picture of the actual set up that the one I bought has but that one was pretty damn close. Mine has a rear sight that can be adjusted for windage and elevation.

Unfortunately, some do not. My Stag Arms LH AR didn't come with a rear sight that would adjust for elevation.
