Best place to apply for and buy suppressor online. Was told once you pay $200 fee you can pay monthly on a suppressor while you wait for ATF Any ideas?

Most places that sell suppressors will have some kind of x-day same as cash financing. The $200 stamp required for the purchase is going to be tied to the serial number of the suppressor when you buy it.

In other words, you can’t buy a stamp then shop around for a suppressor.

ETA: it’s hard to beat the kiosk from Silencer Shop.

silencershop makes it super easy. everything is online, no need to go to a kiosk and it’s delivered via usps. They do a payment plan that will also include the stamp payment

Silencershop kiosk.

If you buy through their online or phone (I have a guy's direct # there, then you will get a qr code and an identifier to use at the kiosk. Make sure the shop doesn't charge you 40 or 50 bucks or whatever to use the kiosk. Some do (one near me tried and I'm done with them) but the vendor shouldn't charge you a kiosk fee if you have a code.

I ordered one back towards the beginning of the year. Hopefully should get mine in March.

If you are anywhere near Metairie, I highly recommend Kenny at Meplat Group. He sets up your gun trust and makes this process as easy as possible.

Another vote here for Silencer Shop. They've made the process MUCH easier. I bought my first suppressor using paper application before the electronic file was working. Bought the second one from the local dealer's stock by using the the dealer's Silencer Shop kiosk. Bought the last 2 online from Silencer Shop and filed electronically since the info from the kiosk was still on record. If the picture on record is > 1 year old, you'll have to take a new one for an electronic application.
