What does everyone suggest for fulfilling the "marksmanship or firearms activity" requirement for the CMP? Is it really as simple as showing a hunting license? And do you have to show something new/current with every transaction? I know this wasn't a CMP how-to thread, but I've somehow resisted the urge until now.

I bought a couple garands from them a few years ago and all I needed for the “marksmanship activity” portion was a hunting license and a hunters education certificate
