I refloored my deck with treated pine (yellowwood), 2x6, and so far no sap whatsoever. I am very much interested in your remedy though.

Get some composite boards if it continues bothering you. I think they were $3 or $4 per 10ft board when I built a deck last. That was in maybe 2008 though. Take deck boards and build something cool like a dragon see-saw

I had a few spots on my deck and I used a blowtorch with a control burn to deplete the sap. You have to watch it close so it doesn't burn through but it worked for me.

Treated pine is still pine and it has resin in it. It is fine....carry on.

Pine lighter is like crack to me. Tell me where to get it and I am on it like Farva on a cupcake.
I like pine knot too but find this easier to keep in truck in a ziplock bag.

Works well. Highly recommend.

As an update...Went to Home Depot today to pick up some replacement boards. Showed the "Pro" what I was seeing and said that "should not happen with pressurized treated wood decking"...That we should contact who we got it from and ask for new decking.
