Unrelated sidetrack: I have a couple of foldable sawhorses that I keep beside my shed. I pulled them out to use them yesterday, carried them 1/2 around the house and sat it down. About that time 3-4 yellow jackets flew out of it. They'd built a nest up in the top of it in the foldable part.

How I didn't get stung, I'll never know...

Yup and here where I live I’ve seen more of those bastards up in the grass by the house away from water than I have seen in last 5+ years. I like snakes but not water moccasins.
