I had one and started having issues after about 9 months. The PID controller stopped working and the charcoal hooper burned out. I know the bottom of the hopper is designed to burn out but it's still a PIA.

It's so rusted that a wheel will go thru the metal. I just never saw how bad it was getting

This one requires an electric hook up, but otherwise, the grill is TOP flight by every single person I've seen review it. I was THIS close to getting one, but I decided on reverse flow off-set because I just personally love the ritual of smoking meats the hard way.
But really, I do love that shite. If you want to smoke meats and do it the most convenient and efficient way and have other options, this masterbuilt one they're talking about is the top of the line stuff without going into the grills you buy to flex on a homie.
