Quiet hunting backpack

I’m looking for a quiet backpack large enough to fit at least 2 jackets. I really don’t want any zippers because I find zippers to be very noisy and the backpack must be made of a quiet material. Can the OB help out?

I bought one from Academy recently that hasn't said a word.

Like my badlands pack. It's made with a front that drops down and holds supplies while hanging in a deer stand or on a tree. It has a lifetime warranty, which is also nice. Zippers are not problem. I just open and close mine with my finger laying inside the crease, which eliminates any noise.

Or spend good money on 1 jacket and eliminate the large fanny pack you're asking about.

You should try velcro.

I wear 3 layers of fleece. I find it provides the best warmth, extremely quiet, and gives me the most freedom of movement to draw my bow. I was trying to find out if anyone out there has made a backpack without zippers.

Yes. Lots. They open from the top with a drawstring. Major PITA to get something out of, but are less noisy than zippers.
Think military ALICE pack or rucksack style pack

I just bought the Sitka Flash 20 now that it is on sale on Amazon for $174 because my pack broke in November (it was a cheaper one but decent ALPS pack I got at Academy). Amazon Link to Sitka Pack
I don't think it is the absolute quietest pack I have owned, but it's quieter than my last pack and seems to be pretty noise free.
I wanted: heavy duty, capable of packing in my saddle hunting setup or my lone wolf hang on stand, a minimalist pack in terms of interior pockets (just lots of space for coats), and as many external tie downs as I could get. I really like the Sitka Flash 20 so far - it has a ton of external straps and storage options, has a metal support frame but still one of the lightest packs I looked at, has mesh back for air flow, and is water repellent (like Sitka windstopper material).
Other pack I considered: Kuiu Venture day pack. Went with Sitka because it was cheaper and I have matching camo (I know, its stupid to think that matters).
Packs others like but I would avoid: Badlands, Tenzing. Comparable prices to Sitka and Kuiu day packs but not as good of quality in my opinion. Badlands does seem like a pretty quiet pack though, if that's the singular most important issue to you.
Other brands with really good day packs: Eberlstock. A lot of people swear by them. I just have never tried. Also, don't sleep on Cabelas packs. They've got some steals.
Cheaper pack you can probably get a few good years out of: ALPS (I got 3.5 years)
Really high end packs that are unnecessary for a daypack: Mystery Ranch, Stone Glacier, Kifaru

Sitka has. Their treestand packs are quiet and have buckles.
That being said, they were on the expensive side and I don't mind the zippers; I'm more about storage and durability. I don't think the one I got is too loud.
